It is organic, grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Organic coffee improves the ecosystem of the farms and surrounding communities through improved water quality, topsoil retention, and increased biodiversity. The organic coffees are slowly hand roasted to deliver you a rich full and clean cup.

At Bagel Rising we use only the best, freshest, and highest quality ingredients available. We know that our bagels are a superior product before we even make them. Our selection of flours, conditioners, malts, seeds, and yeast is of a standard too high for most corporate bagel shops. Likewise, our deli meats are held to the same high standards. We feature only Boar's Head Brand meats and condiments. You can be confident that your sandwich will be the freshest, tastiest, and healthiest that it can be. Our meat is meat, not technology.

Come in for a Sunrise Sandwich at 5 p.m! Our menu is available all day. Tuna fish at 7:15 A.M? If you're in the mood. We prepare our food just for you. 'Not too much cream cheese' means 'not too much cream cheese' today and tomorrow. We make it a point to remember what people like. If you want something made a particular way, just ask! Our Sunrise Sandwich (bacon, sausage, or ham, egg, and cheese) is by far the best in town. You can order it any way you like. No meat? We'll throw in an extra egg at no extra charge.
